CoaLogix, Inc.

In November of 2007, CoaLogix was formed from the current management team and Acorn Energy (NASDAQ: ACFN) to acquire SCR-Tech from Catalytica Energy Systems.  In February of 2008, EnerTech Capital became an investor of CoaLogix.  The company now operates as part of a wholly owned subsidiary of Acorn Energy, EnerTech Capital and the CoaLogix management team.
